Due to continued growth, we are on the lookout for Display Homes Sales and Customer Service Associates to join our team on a casual basis.
About the opportunity
You will report the Customer Success Manager /Displays Manager and work closely with the Display Homes Sales Consultant, as a valued member of the Arden Homes sales team. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey selecting a new home design and beyond. More specifically, you will:
- Welcome visitors to the fully furnished display home and ensure the Display Homes are presented to high standards
- Schedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home
- Support customers through the sales cycle from developing and qualifying leads
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions
- Collaborating with the Sales Consultant to ensure customer service objectives are achieved
- Supporting your Sales Consultant with administration duties
About You
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Arden Homes and NEX Group along with:
- An outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for home design and living spaces
- A commitment to customer service excellence
- Ideally you will have customer service and sales experience in big box retail, any service or related industry
- Availability to work Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday & public holidays!
