Working with a dynamic and highly experienced Sales Professional at the Botanical Estate in Mickleham, you will be required to provide accurate and timely administrative support for the sales process from land release through to sale completion, whilst delivering a top quality customer service experience to everyone who visits the sales office. Key responsibilities will include:
- Performing all administrative functions for the Sales Office and managing / responding to customer enquiries;
- Assisting with the management of contract conditions from execution through to settlement;
- Building strong relationships with customers, and in particular our builder partners;
- Maintaining regular contact with purchasers and working proactively with them to ensure a smooth settlement process; and
- Accurately and comprehensively managing the CRM database for the estate.
We are looking for a well-presented individual with developed administration and customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to work tasks. Previous experience in a real estate sales environment and a sound understanding of sales contract processes is preferred (but not essential) and ideally you will possess a working knowledge of CRM systems. Most importantly, we are looking for what cannot be taught - the right attitude and an unflinching desire to see a task through to the finish to ensure exceptional outcomes for our customers again and again.
A current Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Days of work will be Thursday to Monday of each week and therefore the ability to work weekends and public holidays is a fundamental requirement of the role.
