We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join us as an Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about starting a career in real estate and eager to learn from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing property listings, including scheduling and conducting property showings.
• Work closely with our experienced sales team to learn all aspects of real estate sales and marketing.
• Engage with potential buyers and sellers, providing excellent customer service.
• Support the sales process, from initial client meetings to closing deals.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and negotiation skills.
• Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions.

Qualifications:

• A strong interest in a career in real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Completion of or willingness to undertake the QLD Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate or Certificate IV prior to employment. (advantageous but not mandatory).
