Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation of appraisals
- Attending listing appointments
- Day-to-day diary management and appointments
- Database management
- Scheduling and conducting private inspections, OFI, and client appointments
- Project manage end-to-end preparation of a listing. Includes organising maintenance, renovations, styling appointments, and photo appointments
- Support the lead agent with client care
- Weekly campaign reporting
- Property and personal branding marketing
- Processing listing and sales contracts
Skills and Experience
- Extremely organised and self-motivated
- Empathetic communicator
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and desire to progress as part of this high-performing team
- Must have driver's license and a reliable car
- Must have current Real Estate Registration certificate
- Occasional Saturday work for open homes required
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. The successful applicant must have a car and current drivers licence.
