We are seeking a switched-on Sales Associate who can come on board and support this Director by ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of their daily activities.

The Position:
In the role of Sales Associate, you will work closely with a successful Director. Responsibilities include:
- Manage and organise the real estate professional's calendar, appointments, and scheduling
- Attending pest, building, and pre-settlements inspections
- Attend photoshoots
- Help organise property showings and open houses
- Maintain and update the real estate professional's website and social media profiles
- Assist in preparing real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Some prospecting with full support and training provided
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Associate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the real estate industry
- Available to work Saturday's (with a full day off in the week)
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology
- Familiarity with real estate software and tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
