The Award Winning Brent Siebritz team are currently recruiting for their next superstar Sales Associate.
Due to continuing success and growth, we are looking for a talented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about real estate, and looking to build and develop their long-term career within the industry. This role is fast paced, and will involve working within a high performance team to support them across all aspects of the sales process.
Previous experience in a similar role would be valued, and the successful candidate will be joining a team of talented, dedicated, passionate, fun, and community minded individuals, who value integrity, trust, and sincerity as much as we value hard work, determination, and success.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:- Supporting the lead agent across all aspects of the sales process
- Booking and attending private inspections, and preparing for and attending open homes
- Obtaining offers, conducting buyer call backs and liaising effectively with tenants
- Meeting with building inspectors and valuers, and accurately producing vendor reports
- Registering bidders for weekly auctions
- Professionally negotiating on behalf of buyers to ensure a seamless and successful purchasing process, including overseeing all transactions and related documentation
- Ongoing database management and data collection

- A current Real Estate Certificate or License
- A valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential, if you have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and the drive to learn
- Proven experience working both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment achieving targets/KPIs and goals within agreed deadlines
- A positive, fun, and friendly attitude, with the ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service
- High level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write professional correspondence and reports utilising exceptional attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends where required
- A personal laptop and phone
