Tasks include

• Vendor & Buyer Management
• Conducting Open for Inspections
• Assisting at Auctions and open homes
• Prospecting for New Listings
• Market Apprisals
• Database Management
• Warm & Cold Calls
• Buyer Call Backs
• Support director with ad hoc tasks

** Role is Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week

Skills & experience:
We are seeking an associate agent to work under this established director. We are after a humble, professional & motivated individual who wants a successful career in real estate sales.

• Previous Experience in Real Estate Sales or Leasing
• Strong Communication Skills & Professional Presentation
• A Current Certificate of Registration & Reliable Car
• High Energy & Dedicated Personality
• A Positive & Humble Attitude
