Working in the Directors team this role will see you support a team of 3 agents with everything from open home set up through to following up buyers and putting out signboards. This role offers a phenomenal training platform to build successful long-term sales career with lucrative commissions.
- Prospecting for new listings
- Set up for open homes
- Prepare for and attend opens and auctions
- Attend weekly sales meetings and dialogue training sessions
- Carry out private inspections
- Respond to and manage buyer inquiry
- Attend photoshoots
- Open home call backs and vendor reporting
- Strong knowledge of the Upper North Shore
- A current certificate of registration
- A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
- Impeccable presentation
- 12+ months real estate experience essential
- Confidence to prospect and manage buyer inquiry
- Flexibility to work every Saturday
