What your day would look like:
- Attending Open homes
- Attending market appraisal appointments
- Buyer call backs
- Buyer management
- Prospecting for new business – both warm and cold leads
- Build relationships with potential and existing clientele
- Talk to solicitors and vendors regarding the process of the sale
- Organise photographers and open homes
- Some ad hoc administration may be required
The Person:
- Previous sales experience, Real Estate experience not essential – Leasing consultants with the right attitude will be considered
- Be hungry and want to grow into an agents role down the track
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Have a car and license
- Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
