An exciting opportunity has now come up for somebody to work as their new Sales Associate, who will generate leads, and expand their sales career!
  
The Role:
Working in a Director’s Team, this is an opportunity to get exposure into the top end of the Northern Beaches market. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Lead Generation & Support for the Sales Team
• Cold calling, Prospecting, Warm Calls – You will be given Leads
• Database management
• Relationship building
• Ensure all necessary administration tasks are complete
• Accurate diary management
• Preparation of market proposals & pre listings kits
• Coordination and placement of advertising and marketing material
• Auction day preparation
• Attendance at company auctions and assist with registration desks
• Attending buyer appointments and open for inspections
• Regular meetings and training sessions
• Ad hoc tasks

The Candidate:

• You MUST want a career in Real Estate sales
• Ideally, you would have 6 months of experience working in a Sales role in Real Estate however we are open to ENTRY-LEVEL candidates 
• A current Certificate of Registration, driver’s license & reliable car is a MUST
• Must be extremely professional, with excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Must be immaculately presented
• Must be able to show initiative and confidence, as well as have a hunger to succeed and grow!
• MUST possess a can-do attitude
