Specializing in the high end real estate market on the Upper North Shore, they pride themselves on their commitment to excellence, unparalleled client service, and achieving record-breaking sales results.
About the role:
• Support x2 high performing agents on the Upper North Shore
• Database prospecting, cold and warm leads, follow up and maintenance
• Answering property enquiries
• You will be involved with all manner of relationships – from buyer/vendor/legal/logistical
• Email, appointment and diary management
• Take part in the pre and post appraisal process
• Assist with Auctions, open homes and property inspections
• Attend sales meetings and training
• General administration duties including report writing
• Social media marketing
• Full training provided for those new to the real estate industry.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal with great attention to detail.
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• A strong a team player who can show initiative and passion for real estate sales.
• Immaculate presentation and grooming.
• Resilience, motivation and a hunger for success.
• Confidence over the phone with strong intuition for people.
• An understanding that Saturday will be a big part of your working week.
• A valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle
• A desire to build a career in Real Estate Sales
