- Create artwork via templates and manage approval deadlines
- Oversee sales file compliance to meet legislative requirements
- Manage the brand quality control
- Assist with posting content to social media
- Upload new listings online
- Oversee the database and entry of new listings
- Review processes and procedures to streamline the marketing process
- Provide admin support to the team as required
- 12 months experience in a real estate admin or marketing role
- A reliable car and valid drivers licence
- Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines
- Passionate about the property industry
- Confident written and verbal communication
- A collaborative team player
- A creative mindset, always evolving with new trends
- Holding a Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
- Full Australian work rights
