You will be apart of a high performing team which has held the number one spot in Terrigal for the past 5 years and continuously ranked in the top 0.25% of the illustrious LJ Hooker network Internationally.
Responsibilities Include:
- Client prospecting
- Gathering market intelligence
- Social media marketing
- Assisting in developing marketing materials
- Handling prospective buyer enquiries
- Pre-settlement inspections
- Networking
- Assisting with open homes and inspections
- Database and pipeline management
- Preparing for and attending appraisals, including pre and post follow up
- Assisting with listing properties for sale
- As you excel in these areas, your role will evolve, paving the way for you to become a seasoned Agent.

- A current Real Estate License or Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one ASAP)
