What You Will Do:

• Prospect for new clients and customers.
• Assist with appointments, open homes and administrative tasks.
• CRM management and client nurturing.
• Collaborate with a team of motivated professionals dedicated to excellence in the real estate sector.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive work culture that values respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Passion for the real estate industry and a drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, on the phone and via email. 
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is beneficial but not mandatory.
