The role…
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to work alongside one of Hobart’s most dynamic, established and energised agents. This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain valuable industry experience, grow within a high-performing team, and learn from the best.
Your responsibilities…
- Operating under the guidance of our highly successful sales team, a Sales Associate is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assisting with the listing and selling of property.
- Negotiation, managing offers, liaising with purchasers and vendors.
- Conducting open homes and private buyer appointments.
- Preparing listing presentations and open home materials.
- Fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and SMS
- Following up on leads and maintaining a proactive approach to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client databases and records.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Holds a Tasmanian Property Representative licence, or is willing to obtain prior to commencement, if successful.
- Holds a current driver’s licence and owns a reliable car.
- Has previous experience in real estate sales or related fields is, however not mandatory.
