Harcourts Launceston has an exciting opportunity to work directly with one of our experienced and high performing Sales Consultants where you can develop and grow within a great team environment.

The role

• Support and assist the managing sales agent and their team with all day to day tasks
• Conduct open for inspections and private appointments
• Handle and manage buyer enquires
• Administrative functions to support the listing through to settlement process
• Provide property access for marketing, valuation and pre-settlement purposes
• Database management
• Assist with the listing and selling process
• Client prospecting
• Attend regular meetings, training sessions and vendor evenings

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in Real Estate preferred
• Proficient with a range of computer systems and technology
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook
• Be a team player
• Have a willingness to learn, adapt and follow processes/instructions
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Be well presented and groomed
• Be familiar with the local area
• Have a valid Driver’s Licence and presentable vehicle
• Provide a current Police Check if accepted for the role
