As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from and collaborate with a top-performing female agent in the industry. You will be an integral part of our team, assisting with various aspects of the sales process, including client communication, property research, marketing coordination, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with buyers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalised guidance throughout the purchasing process.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities by networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
• Conduct property inspections and assist with open house events to showcase properties to interested buyers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as photographers, stylists, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Genuine passion for real estate and eagerness to learn from industry professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Current Real Estate License
• Prior experience in sales or customer service.
