Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
- Qualifying Buyers
- Showing Prospective Purchasers Property
- Generate Listing Appointments
- Support Sales Agents with buyer call backs, qualify, record and follow up
- Attend Vendor meetings as directed
- Arrange & Attend Pest and Building & Valuations as requested
- List and Sell residential property in a specified geographic area
- Manage a pipeline seller system
- Manage a buyer enquiry system
- Manage a past client nurture system
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Certificate of Registration (or willing to work towards)
- Strong customer service focus
- Team based mentality
- A Positive and friendly attitude
- A desire to grow
- Excellent time management, organisation & administration skills
- High level oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently/unsupervised
- High level computer skills to effectively utilise Microsoft Office and a variety of programs used in the running of the business
