Full-time permanent position within a well established haircare and skincare company. Located in Sydney North West & Hills District. for an Account manager, Client Relationship Manager, or Sales Account Manager interested in maintaining and building relationships of new and existing clients within the commercial space to grow the business.

  • Requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management.
  • Base Salary + Super. No overtime or weekend work.
  • Sydney - North West & Hills District.  

A normal day includes

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients, facilitating interdepartmental communication.
  • Monitor customer forecasts and sales performance to align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the processing of customer purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and provide project updates.
  • Lead production planning meetings and manage milestones throughout the NPD process.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Generating and organizing weekly order reports for documentation.
  • Following ISO and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies.
  • Collaborating with team members to promote operational excellence.

  • Full NSW License and car.

- Develop and manage client relationships within the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Analyze sales performance against company goals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery of customer purchase orders.
- Lead production planning meetings, overseeing the New Product Development (NPD) process.
- Address customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Generate weekly reports on orders received, maintaining accurate records.
- Implement and adhere to ISO and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies.
- Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.**Required Qualifications & Experience**- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management and account management, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or Cosmetics Industry.
- Proven track record in sales growth and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.**Desirable Skills**- Experience with Australian botanicals, natural extracts, and sustainable product development.
- Knowledge of e-Commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
