The Role
As a Sales Cadet, you'll undergo comprehensive training by our seasoned sales experts to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in real estate sales. No prior real estate experience is required - we're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, positive, and possess excellent communication skills. If you're driven to succeed and have experience in sales in another industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Learn from experienced sales professionals to develop a strong understanding of real estate sales techniques and processes.
• Assist in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Shadow experienced sales agents to observe and learn best practices in customer interaction, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Landmark Group to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong desire to learn and develop a career in real estate sales
• Driven and motivated to succeed
• Experience in sales in another industry is preferable but not required
• Certificate of Registration
