About you:
We are looking for an individual who has strong customer service, you will be highly organised, a proactive thinker, and act as a motivating force to drive business outcomes. 

You will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the Dealership's customer base.

As a member of a dedicated team, you will be a dynamic thinker, digitally savvy, analytical and well versed in putting the customer at the centre of everything you do. With a confident manner, positive attitude, and a desire for success, you will be motivated to overachieve.

Reporting to the Pre-owned Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will have:

• Previous hospitality or retail (customer facing) experience (previous automotive experience is not required)
• A desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy going the extra mile for your customers
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
• A strong work ethic
• A current drivers licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Committed and motivated
