About you:

• Prrevious sales experience preferred but NOT essential - full training will be provided
• Customer-focused and excellent communicator, negotiator and problem-solver
• HR licence a bonus
• We also welcome truck tradespeople and heavy machinery salespeople looking to move into sales.

You will sell a range of NEW TRUCKs, predominately light & medium duty trucks and some heavy duty. Be an integral part of the team, responsible for all facets of evaluating and access to selling all our NEW TRUCK range.
 
This will involve:

• Identifying businesses/customers with a requirement to purchase NEW TRUCKs.
• Guiding businesses/customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of West Orange Motors NEW TRUCK department.
• Assisting in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through marketing.
• Maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates.
• Managing the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with process.
• Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.
