There’s an opportunity for a motivated & experienced Travel Consultant with experience in revenue collection to fill this upcoming full-time role and work within our Travel Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing quotes to customers departing on overseas trips
- Collecting payments for all travel services
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
- Upselling and cross-selling insurance, tours, accommodation and more
- Consulting with customers participating on our many overseas trips
- Meeting revenue targets
Our Ideal Candidate Has
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in the travel industry or well travelled
- Ability to collect money over the phone
- Ability to upsell
- High attention to detail
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
