The Role: As our Sales Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind our growth, overseeing incoming enquiries, nurturing leads, and converting them into sales. Your journey will take you on the road, meeting prospects face-to-face to discuss their structure requirements. 

What We're Looking For:

Main Tasks:

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
• Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of products, services, or solutions to effectively communicate value to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations aligned with client objectives.
• Negotiate with clients to secure favorable outcomes while preserving mutually beneficial relationships.
• Proactively generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and other methods.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate record-keeping and pipeline management.
• Provide precise sales forecasts and reports for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company strategies.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training.
