Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads generated by our marketing efforts into signed Contracts.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients and real estate agents, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Utilise highly sophisticated, CRM tools to track, nurture and convert leads, manage sales pipeline and maintain client communication.
About you
- An interest in driving sales
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- A strong customer service background working in a sales, real estate, hospitality or retail environment
- Industry experience from within the property industry, builder/developer or similar is advantageous
- Eager to learn, grow and develop with a career with Ownit
- Experience & delivery of high-quality administrative tasks and activities and technology savvy
- Strong in your ability to multi-task, manage your time effectively, well organised and demonstrate initiative
- Ability to engage and build rapport easily with diverse range of stakeholders
- Motivated to work independently or as part of a team
- You will require to have your own reliable transport and a full drivers' license
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as required
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
- Bubbly personality and a love for engaging with people, particularly during important life milestones like buying or selling a house.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus, but not essential.
