Woods & Co have partnered with a large community development group looking to bolster their sales and success with some hungry Sales Consultants! With a proven track record of delivering astronomical sales outcomes, it's a great team to be a part of. 

Offering a comprehensive suite of professional services including market intelligence, portfolio strategy, transactions & advisory, community development, project marketing, and property management, our client provide confidence and partnership across the full project & purchasing lifecycle.
  
Working between the stunning office in the CBD and the development sites around in the North-West, you will work under their experienced estate managers who provide exceptional training to get you where you need to be - on your way to moving up in the company. What's in it for you?

• $60,000 - $70,000 + Super + Commission (OTE's $150K-$200K)
• 10:30-5pm working days
• Full time - Tuesday's and Wednesday's off

What do you do?

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets
• Follow-up on all leads provided and all queries (including online queries) from prospects with the aim to convert them to clients
• Build strong relationships and rapport with potential clients in order to close as many sales as possible!
• Pass on product knowledge
• Assist estate manager where necessary
• Create and maintain an exceptional level of client/customer satisfaction and service
