Our Sales team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who is passionate about real estate and would like to jump straight into our dynamic team.
Joining the Armstrong Real Estate sales team, you will learn all there is to know about listing & selling property from the experts in the area! You will attend appointments, open homes & private inspections. You will provide listing and buyer support including database management, marketing and property administration support. We work in a fast-paced environment, so you must have a passion for real estate and the drive to learn, grow and adapt.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A team player mentality with the ability to work autonomously and the ability to meet KPI targets
- Availability to work weekends to keep up with the demand of the role
- Excellent organisation skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A current Agents Rep certificate or real estate license
- A current National Police Check
- A current Victorian Drivers License
