Your opportunity
As the ideal candidate, you will be an ambassador for Bally, responsible for meeting store sales and productivity targets by delivering a professional level of client experience that exceeds expectations. You will work as part of a team that maintains your store through visual merchandising standards and seamless stock inventory processes. You will be pragmatic in your approach, have a charismatic personality and enjoy working in a dynamic workplace.
We are now recruiting permanent and temporary Sales Consultants to join the team in our Sydney CBD Stores located at our Flagship Store on 388 George Street and Boutique Store in Queen Victoria Building.

- You are a committed, have a strong work ethic and you are keen to join a close-knit team environment
- You are a strong and convincing communicator, both verbally and in writing
- You are a retail professional excited by the challenge of achieving individual and store targets
- You are always willing to learn, and are committed to continuous learning
- You understand the retail environment and are available to work on a rotating roster including weekends and late shopping evenings
- Valid work rights in Australia
