Hermitage homes offers functional, quality designs that cater to families of all ages and sizes where cherished memories are created. 

As Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong relationship with all prospective clients based out of one of our Display home located in Lara.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Cultivate strong client relationships and uphold client records in CRM.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Ensure optimum presentation of all display homes at all times
  • Oversee online listings and promptly respond to web and lead inquiries.
  • Secure exclusive land holdings through local agents and developers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and documentation.
  • Maintain high standards in personal presentation, display homes, and marketing materials.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

  • High-performing sales background – Knockdown Rebuild experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to provide great customer service.
  • Solutions orientated mindset.
  • Results driven, pragmatic approach to delivering excellence.
  • High professional standards.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to work.
