Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage and meet with new and existing clients through phone calls, video calls and in office meetings.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to understand their financial needs and work with team members to offer customised solutions.
- Manage general administrative tasks including email correspondence, calendar organisation, and meeting deadlines.
- Establish a reputation with clients as somebody who is reliable, honest, and personable; while effectively conveying their value proposition.
- Exceed targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve the financial situation of new and existing clients
Requirements:
- Demonstrated commitment to self-improvement and meticulous attention to detail.
- A sense of pride in delivering exceptional work.
- Previous sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with financial products and services is advantageous, in lieu of this – an enthusiasm for learning is a must.
