About the role
An opportunity has become available for a Sales Consultantto join our Bedshed team.
At Bedshed we are passionate about customer service, and we are looking for a conscientious sales assitants who can contribute to the overall success of the store.
In this role you will be determining customer’s needs and managing their expectations through high quality service and expert product knowledge. This involves listening closely and understanding their questions, sourcing appropriate stock (in store or via delivery) and closing the point of sale with a satisfied customer.
You will also work on maintaining store presentation, including updating, rotating and ticketing stock, to ensure ease of access for customers and optimum sales at all times.
This role will be responsible for all aspects of retail sales and customer service, including merchandising, point of sale, securing ETAs from suppliers, payment processes, booking deliveries and reliable follow up.
Experience in mattresses or furniture sales is preferable, however, experience in customer service and other sales roles will be considered. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service.
