Based in our Fremantle office you will be working closely with Hotel General Managers from both Broome properties. In this role you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service across multiple market segments and industries with existing accounts and actively securing new business to deliver on revenue opportunities for the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hotel and hospitality industry (essential).
- Love of networking and building meaningful relationships as a hotel brand ambassador.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and be a self-starter.
- Providing high levels of customer service for you to actively drive growth.
- Competent mindset with Microsoft Office and any hotel or hospitality-based programs (such as Sabre, Lanyon & Salesforce).
