Sales Consultant - Real Estate

The Company:
Our client is expanding its market share with mainstream and off-the-plan sales. They are now looking for a high performing salesperson to join their growing team.
Servicing the Fitzroy, Fitzroy North, and Clifton Hill, it would be great to talk with people who know this area well!
The hugely exciting element this role presents is the earning opportunity, with commission splits and sales opportunities far exceeding mainstream agencies.
With great leads continuously in place, we are looking for a self-starter, someone with fire in their belly who is already kicking good goals in residential sales, but ready to supercharge their sales career up tenfold!

The successful applicants must have the following:

• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate License.
• Self motivated and capable of working autonomously
• A Presentable Car and Valid Driver's License
• Recent clear national police check
• Well presented and punctual
• Solid administration and time management skills
• Have a solid knowledge and experience with Microsoft word, excel, outlook plus Facebook & Instagram.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):

• Property File Management
• Liaising with clients
• Attending Building, Pest and final inspections
• Conduct Property Campaigns including but not limited to Advertising, Open for Inspections & Contract Signing
• Liaise with conveyancers or solicitors regarding a campaign/sale
• General appointments and duties
• Preparing listing packages
