Gladstone Flooring Xtra is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our amazing sales team for flooring and window coverings. Training will be provided for all procedures and product knowledge in the business.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
- Sales, customer service for selections and ordering of products.
- In home measures ( training provided)
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and product availability.
- Maintain a clean and organised showroom environment that promotes a positive customer experience.

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills. Ideally you will also have:
- Experience in a retail role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate pricing.
- Familiarity with relevant software programs and tools, including Microsoft Office, inventory management software, and POS systems.
