Become an integral part of the management team on the stunning Gold Coast Sales Deck, overseeing operations across a geographically diverse landscape. As the Sales Contract Administration Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing all administrative functions and office operations, ensuring seamless efficiency and a stellar customer experience.

  • Precision in Documentation: Accurately prepare contracts and finance documentation on an ongoing basis, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Compliance Support: Provide training and guidance to the sales team, ensuring adherence to compliance standards in documentation procedures.
  • Efficient Office Management: Manage all administrative functions within the Sales Offices, fostering an environment of productivity and teamwork.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate data entry of customer records, maintaining a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Insightful Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily sales reports, offering valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
