This organisation is a progressive residential developer and builder with a strong presence in the QLD market. The business is experiencing an exciting period of growth and are looking to further diversify their business over the next few years whilst continuing to focus on wholesale channels.
About the Position
An opportunity exists for a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join their team! This is an opportunity for a driven individual looking for a career in the residential property sector. Gaining exposure to a number of areas across the business responsibilities will include however not be limited to:
- Contracts administration
- Sales administration
- Putting together house and land packages
- Managing stock lists
- Supporting BDMs
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in the legal, real estate, property or development industries highly regarded however not essential
- Exceptional presentation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
