Duties/Responsibilities
Experienced Contracts Administrator who is responsible for ensuring that all administrativeprocesses, both internal and external run smoothly.
- Managing contracts through to settlement
- Conduct title searches and company searches
- Communicate with solicitors on behalf of Agents
- Provide best practice guidance to our Agents when required;
- Prepare accounts for settlement
- Actively contribute to team projects and goals
- 18 partners, who are generating sales
- Daily bank reconciliation for the sales trust account
- End-to-end contracts management
- Liaising with solicitors
- 2+ years' experience with residential property
- Thorough and precise understanding of residential contracts
- A sound understanding of all relevant Queensland property legislation
- Professional presentation and welcoming, friendly attitude
- Motivated self-starter with a good work ethic
- Can work in an autonomous role
- Team Focus and Initiative
- Ability to use Realworks and REX
- Tech Savvy
- Attention to Detail
- Professional phone manner
