Role 1:
Property Manager | Bayside
Salary guide: $80,000 + Superannuation + Fuel Allowance
- Location: Cleveland
- Role: End to end portfolio of 170 properties, within a 5-15 minute drive from the office
- Experience: 3yrs+ property management experience,
- Incentives: KPI bonus scheme available after probation, up to $5,000 + new business and sales leads incentive schemes
- Support: Adminstrative support managing lease renewal paperwork, no leasing, no trust accounting
- Perks: No weekend work
- Start: ASAP
Role 2:
Property Manager
Salary guide: $85,000 + Superannuation + Fuel Allowance
- Location: Bulimba
- Role: End to end portfolio of 170 properties, portfolio within close proximity to the office
- Incentives: KPI bonus scheme available after probation, up to $5,000 + new business and sales leads incentive schemes
- Support: Administrative support provided by a VA, no leasing, no trust accounting
- Perks: 1x WFH, no weekend work
- Start: ASAP
Role 3:
Senior Property Manager
Salary guide: $90,000 + Superannuation (Office Based Role)
- Location: Fortitude Valley
- Role: 250 managements, office based role
- Support: Dedicated Assistant Property Manager who completes entries, exits and routines and assists with administration
- Experience: 3yrs+ property management experience
- Perks: WFH every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday after your 1st month
- Parking: Commuter role, would suit someone who is willing to catch the train to Fortitude Valley and or willing to pay for parking
- Start: ASAP
Role 4:
Receptionist
Salary guide: $55,000- $60,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Fortitude Valley
- Role: Support a busy property management department, providing front of house receptionist duties including managing incoming enquiry, inbox management, processing of utility invoices and general administration
- Support: Full onboarding and training will be provided
- Experience: Previous reception experience is advantageous
- Parking: Commuter role, would suit someone who is willing to catch the train to Fortitude Valley and or willing to pay for parking
- Perks: No weekend work + 4pm finish on Fridays
- Start: ASAP
Role 5:
Head of Property Management Department
Salary guide: $120,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Toowong
- Role: Leading a team of 5 Property Manager with a property portfolio of 700 properties.
- Support: Support property management team with a goal of growing portfolio to 1000 managements by 2026
- Experience: 5yrs+ property management experience
- Parking: On street
- Start: ASAP
Role 6:
Property Manager
Salary guide: $80,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Toowong
- Role: End to end portfolio of 135 properties within 5km from the office
- Experience: 2-3yrs+ experience
- Parking: On street
- Support: Administrative support managing lease renewal paperwork, no leasing, no trust accounting
- Perks: Use of company car
- Start: ASAP
Role 7:
Contracts Administrator
Salary guide: Up to $95,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Toowong
- Role: Supporting a large sales team with contract and administrative support from settlement
- Support: Awesome onboarding and on the job training
- Experience: 2-3yrs + Contract Administration experience
- Perks: On street parking
- Start: ASAP
Role 8:
Sales Administration
Salary guide: $75,000 + superannuation
- Location: Toowong
- Role: Assisting agent with sales kits, printing documents, pre-list material and letterbox mail outs.
- Support: Awesome onboarding and on the job training
- Experience: Previous sales admin experience is advantageous
- Perks: On street parking
- Start: ASAP
Role 9:
Senior Property Manager
Salary guide: $85,000 + superannuation
- Location: Bulimba
- Role: End to end portfolio management of 170 properties
- Support: Administrative support provided by a VA, no leasing, no trust accounting
- Experience: 4-5yrs+ property management experience
- Perks: On street parking
- Start: ASAP
Role 10:
Property Manager (office based role)
Salary guide: $85,000 + superannuation + fuel allowance up to $10,000
- Location: New Farm
- Role: Managing a portfolio of 220 properties
- Support: All inspections including routines, entries and exists will be done for you!
- Experience: 2+ yrs property management experience
- Perks: Up to 2 x WFH after probation
- Start: ASAP
Role 11:
Assistant Property Manager
Salary guide: $70,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Brisbane CBD
- Role: Filed services including routines, entries and exists, lease renewal administration and adhoc portfolio management
- Experience: 6-12mths + Assistant Property Manager experience
- Parking: Commuter role, would suit someone who is willing to catch the train to CBD and or willing to pay for parking
- Support: Amazing on the job training will be provided with the opportunity to step up and manage portfolios (annual leave coverage)
- Start: ASAP
