Contracts Administrator / Sales Administrator - City Fringe - $80K + Super

The Role:

• Organising Sales Agent listings collateral including market updates and contracts of sale
• Administration duties, data entry and database management
• Efficiently liaising with all conveyancers, buyers and sellers in regards to contract terms
• Preparing documentation and correspondence associated with the sale of real property 
• Processing contracts and associated documentation
• Liaising with internal and external Conveyancing and Legal teams, as well as Sales teams
• Input contract information into relevant Contract Management Systems
• Reporting from CRM as required
• Monitor contract dates including Subject to Finance, Payment of Deposits and Settlements
