Sales Coordinator

Specialists in IT support maintenance, hardware recycling and professional services, we are expanding our operations in Australia and the South Pacific and are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to help us succeed in our goals.

This is a new role to help and support our growing sales team.

As the Sales Support Coordinator you will work directly with the Sales Team and Regional Director. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of well-known clients to deliver and manage sales contracts. You will ensure all new and existing opportunities are followed-up and completed in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities: 

• Follow the administration process of our contracts and sales activities.
• Compile information from customers and engage our pre-sales team.
• Submit sales quotations to customers via Salesforce.
• Provide all required paper work for the sales team.
• Work closely with delivery team to transition new contract to our support team.
• Report on monthly basis to management by collecting information from each internal department.
• Manage and deliver monthly sales report (Salesforce).
• Assist sales team with pipeline management.

Job requirements:

• Proven success in a similar role.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience.
• Excellent administration skills, including advanced MS Office skills (ie: excel VLOOKUP fct).
• Demonstrated high self-drive, time management and coordination skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with team, customers and suppliers
