We are looking for an end to end functions manager that will plan and coordinate an array of functions and events across weddings, socials, corporate and conferencing. This role is amidst an existing business and client base and will be a hybrid role working between sales and coordination and blending with the operations and involved with the day to day to running of the venue. The right candidate will be comfortable transitioning from venue operations to sales and coordination across the working week.

What you'll do:
- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- The ability to work alongside the operations team and work shifts from the floor when needed
- Manage relationships with 3rd party online booking suppliers, local community and sporting clubs
- Running of functions and events
- Coordinate daily enquiries via telephone and email
- Conduct site inspections and ensure rooms are presented accordingly
- Overseeing and managing our RESdiary & IVVY online booking system
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with event software programmes ie Iy highly regarded
- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across functions, sales, food and bars
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Extra bonus if you have any of the following: RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager card
