POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to support and enhance our sales operations and Customer Service efforts. This role is integral in driving sales growth, improving customer relations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our products to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the development and execution of sales plans and strategies.
- Support our Directors in organizing various projects from market research to campaign execution.
- Handle product orders, customer enquiries and deliveries to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Act as a liaison with manufacturers for product improvements to meet current customer needs and wants.
- Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and manage Customer Service inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee the production of sales materials, from digital content to printed collateral.
- Help organise and coordinate sales events and trade shows, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations and providing on-site support.
- Maintain a database of customer profiles and ensure effective communication of sales campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales communications and strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients to foster stronger relationships and ensure contract fulfilment.
- Integrate and validate Farmer PIC IDs, ensuring all farmer and product information is complete and accurate.
- Generate sales orders, process printing and oversee the delivery of products.
- Sign sales contracts, process sales agreements and manage returns.
- Record and manage customer interactions, including visits, calls and letters, maintaining accurate customer profiles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Tertiary education in marketing, communications, business or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Experience in sales and Customer Service roles is advantageous.
Skills: Strong organisational and coordination abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Proactive, creative and highly motivated to learn and grow within the industry.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with other marketing software and online applications (e.g. CRMs, WordPress etc).
