Are you a proactive communicator with a knack for building relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every conversation counts? If so, we're looking for someone just like you to join our team as a Sales Coordinator!
Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of sales efforts, reaching out to industry contacts to discuss products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential buyers or re-sellers, initiating conversations, and gauging interest in the companys offerings. Your goal is to gather contact information such as phone numbers or email addresses, which will then be passed on to our sales managers for further follow-up and generate sales. Additionally, the successful candidate may also assist with reception calls and greeting clients, ensuring a seamless experience even during peak times.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to known industry contacts.
Engage in meaningful conversations about our products and services.
Determine the needs and interests of potential buyers or re-sellers.
Collect contact information (phone numbers, email addresses) of interested parties.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth handover of leads for follow-up.
Assist with reception calls and greet clients when necessary, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Usher clients to the boardroom during busy or unavailable reception times.
About you:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls and initiating conversations.
Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge and convey information effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPI's
Flexibility to assist with reception duties as needed.
