Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Wollongong, New South Wales. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong customer relationships. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers through market research and networking.
2. Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular contact, meetings, presentations, and excellent customer service.
3. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets by actively promoting company products or services to clients both in person and over the phone/email.
4. Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, presentations or other necessary documents required for successful deal closure.
5 Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including leads, contacts made through calls/meetings/presentations/follow-ups etc., using CRM software provided by the company
6 Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing or product development to ensure client needs are met effectively
7 Stay up-to-date on industry trends affecting current or prospective customers
Qualifications:
1 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred but not required)
2 Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Account Manager
3 Familiarity with CRM software systems (e.g., Salesforce)
4 Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
5 Strong organizational and time management skills
6 Ability to travel as needed within the assigned territory
