We have an opportunity for a professional, motivated and service-centric Sales Coordinator to join our team to support the administration and direct selling of the Property, across all market segments, with a particular focus on MICE and Group Business.
The Sales Coordinator plays an important part in our future success as we position The Property as the market-leader and the Gold Coast’s premier location to meet, relax and be inspired.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Coordinator, you will provide a full range of administrative support to the Sales Team and assist the Director of Sales with specific sales activities, reporting and relationship management.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the role will support hotel event sales and promotional activities and prepare proposals, contracts, addendums and other documentation on behalf of the Sales Team.
As our Sales Coordinator, you will be client-focused and take and action client enquiries, qualify incoming phone calls and liaise with clients via phone and email on behalf the Sales Team.
As a key part of our Sales team the Sales Coordinator will maintain the sales database system, including setup, data input and reporting as well as respond to current enquiries and set up and assist with site inspections and familiarisations as we work to meet the demand.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in the role, candidate should have a experience in the same or similar position in a Hotel environment with Gold Coast market experience is highly desirable.
