Our client, is a growing and privately owned company on the Central Coast, specialising in self reinforcing products and services to the construction industry, who seeks to appoint a Sales Coordinator.
This role will be responsible for account development, coordination of sales, administration, and general office duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide pricing & quotations
- Book in deliveries & organise delivery runs
- Process orders, invoices
- Filing of delivery dockets, invoices, order forms
- Organise workflow to meet timeframes
- Plan daily / weekly production
- Liaise with schedulers / site project managers
- Keep customers informed and updated
- Maintain customer databases & spreadsheets
- Purchasing of stock
- Check customer orders
- Communicate and co ordinate with Sales team
- General administration tasks and associated duties
- Provide feedback on the efficiency/timeframes
To be successful in the role, it would be ideal if you have worked in a similar fast-paced environment and possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Able to build rapport with all different demographics
