The Role:
- Full-time permanent position
- Excellent compensation package depending on experience $75-90k + super
- This role is fully office-based in the Western suburbs
- AR, payroll, HR, and fleet management responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee on and off-boarding
- Assist in coordination of contracts and employee welcome packs
- Conduct thorough police and license checks for all new employees
- Monitor and manage staff injuries/accident register
- Fleet Management: Facilitate the seamless handover of fuel cards, tags, and other vehicle-related items
- Maintain and regularly update the company vehicle list
- Coordinate and oversee the timely servicing, insurance, and registration renewals
- Administer and manage the handling of speeding penalties
- Effectively manage fuel, tolls, tags, and any losses or damages incurred by company vehicles
- Handle insurance claims promptly and efficiently
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Coordinate with the Ops teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, HR, and Payroll Administration
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Adaptable and hands on
- Previous experience in using Quickbooks would be advantageous
