About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist/Office Manager to join our client's team on a full time, 4-month fixed term basis commencing early May. The role will be working full time hours from the client's office in St Kilda, which will be relocating to Cremorne in June. The salary for this role is the FTE of 75k - 85k + super, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate office activities and assist with administrative tasks.
- Support the office move process with enthusiasm and diligence.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Office Coordinatoressential
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
