What you'll be doing
An online education business based in Cremorne are looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role will cover someone while they are on leave for 5 weeks.
The HR Coordinator will have drive and confidence. They will manage a huge volume of work including contracts to be sent out to employees while the organisation goes through change.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria
- Can identify issues to be rectified, has initiative to offer help where required.
- Very tech savvy, mail merge, excel. Systems - bob, Workable (any HRIS exposure/experience will be great)
- Will need a base level understanding of HR practices to be able to respond to general queries from employees via People inbox.
- Be comfortable navigating new systems, having the nous to give it a go.
- Maturity, ownership, problem solving.
