About the RoleAn exciting, diversified opportunity exists for a reliable and enthusiastic Executive Assistant / Sales Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is an exciting and rare role which combines to support the Sales Manager in both an Executive Assistant and Sales Coordinator role. This role requires a high level of administrative skill as well as the ability and motivation to provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. You will play an integral part in assisting the Sales Manager day to day to drive the operation and performance of the Sales Team.
Duties as an Executive Assistant will include but are not limited to:
- Email and diary management, ensuring timely responses and organisation, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, including minute taking and distribution, team member one on one meetings and necessary trainings as required.
- Handling all information with confidentiality and discretion.
Duties as a Sales Coordinator will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain sales team display home and office enquiry roster.
- Monitor the sales team members in operating the company workflow management system.
- Monitor and follow-up sales team members to ensure sales steps and documentation are being adhered to.
- Assist the Sales Manager regarding Inspecting display homes to assess and report on presentation standard.
- Review, critique and ensure all point-of-sale material, sales documentation and stationery supplies are up to date to brand standard

Keys to Success
With passion and proven experience, central to success will be:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role with a background in construction / project administration (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable but not essential.
- Drivers licence and access to a vehicle is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both visual, written and verbal, with a high level of presentation, organisation, and time management skills.
- Maturity, professionalism, and confidence in your ability
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and use your own initiative
- A happy personality with positive energy and high EQ
- Experience with database and workflow tracking software is a benefit.
- You will need to be organised with an ability to multitask and be a highly motivated individual who is a reliable team player.
